Since 2015, we have signed a cooperation agreement with the Office of the Mayor of Ulaanbaatar, conducting external monitoring and evaluation of waste management and policy implementation in Ulaanbaatar, providing information to the Office of the Mayor of Ulaanbaatar, providing necessary professional and methodological support to waste service providers, and conducting monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of waste management policies and programs on a wide scale.

We have also conducted qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation on the cleaning and landscaping of public streets and roads in Ulaanbaatar, as well as household and enterprise waste transportation, and have been providing recommendations and methodological support to cooperating parties for work improvement.
